From Bayouland with Love is a complication of the finest Southern Recipes and original artwork garnered from across the Acadiana region and New Orleans by chefs, musicians, friends and relatives.
I am a native of St. Landry Parish, residing for the last quarter century in the quaintly charming city of Broussard, Louisiana, founded in 1884.
Foremost I am a teller of tales, a poet, photographer, co- authored a children's book and a supernatural quasi-biography, two Christian science fiction books , a pictorial historical book, two poetry books and a recipe book. Through painting, photography and journalistic endeavors , I promote our French heritage, culture, Cajun food and traditions.
I have been featured in numerous juried art shows and have photos of area swamps and wildlife that were accepted for national publications. My paintings grace the walls of connoisseur's from California to Canada. And will have another history book published in 2024.
