Dave is an author, actor, and director from South Louisiana. His first book is Riding on the Ether Express: A Memoir of 1960s Los Angeles, the Rise of Freeform Underground Radio, and the Legendary KPPC-FM. It is the story of his direct involvement in the rise of free-form underground radio in 1960s Los Angeles at KPPC-FM. The publisher is the Center for Louisiana Studies, University of Louisiana (2008).
